I understand that
I use this service at my own risk and that it is presented AS-IS
with no warranty or guarantee of any kind.
I agree that my membership shall terminate immediately and without warning if I do not follow the guidelines indicated in the SUPPORT / TERMS / FAQ section.
I
agree not to hold PokerPopup.com liable for any damage that may
occur to me, my customers, or anyone involved as a result of using
this service. I am solely responsible for anything that may occur
as a result of using PokerPopup.com.
I
understand that at times inappropriate sites may appear as pop-unders
on my site from time to time as a result of people abusing the
PokerPopup.com. I agree to inform PokerPopup.com when
these sites appear so that they may be quickly removed from the
PokerPopup.com network.
I
understand that I can only place poker popup code once per page on my
web site when I am a member with Poker Popup. I understand that I cannot have any other pop-ups at my website while a member of PokerPopup. We do not
accept any intrusive events on the page that we send traffic
to, such as pop-ups, or anything that may interrupt the
surfer's browsing experience.

agree not to place my site under an inappropriate category.
I
agree not to post to the PokerPopup.com network any URLs that
contain any of the following: adult or pornographic materials,
excessive profanity, illegal content of any sort (according to
United States law - including but not limited to "warez," child
pornography, content showing people how to conduct illegal
activities such as hacking, passwords or serials for commercial
products), defamatory content of any kind, seditious writings,
libel, hate propaganda, racist or otherwise discriminatory
content, tools or instructions for "spamming" of any kind, or
anything else which common sense may dictate as unacceptable for
general consumption.
I
agree that I am personally and professionally responsible for any
damage that may occur as a result of the content I promote using
PokerPopup.com or my violation of this covenant. I understand
that the purpose of this covenant is not to censor any content,
but to prevent any damage or offense from occurring as a result of
using PokerPopup.com or as a result of someone viewing my site
content.
I
agree that PokerPopupe.com decides what sites are deemed
acceptable for the PokerPopup.com network and that
PokerPopup.com may remove my site from the network without
warning or explanation. (Please note that PokerPopup.com will
always endeavor to communicate to you our justification if your
site is removed. Usually, only in extreme and obvious cases of
abuse would we remove a URL without notice to the owner. In the
most extreme cases we may be forced to involve law enforcement
and/or the Internet provider of the hosted site. Again, this
clause is here to protect you, your viewers, and PokerPopup.com
from predators and abusers of this system.)

agree not to promote PokerPopup.com with any form of "spam" or
advertising that is generally considered abusive or unacceptable
by the Internet community as a whole.
I
understand that all communications with PokerPopup.com staff are
strictly confidential.

agree that the information I am using to sign up is valid,
factual, and in good faith. I agree not to sign up using a false
name, fake/invalid email address or alias of any sort and that
doing so constitutes an act of fraud.
Information provided to PokerPopup.com will never be provided to
any 3rd party - unless you give express permission to do so. We
respect your privacy and do not partake in the practice of selling
customer information for any reason. We will never use your
personal or business information in any way that violates your
privacy. When you provide any information to us, it will only be
used in such a manner as has been made clear to you, with your
acknowledgement and permission.
